Deep Sea Fishing Trips are 8 hour duration and will leave the dock between 4-7am. Time scheduled at time of booking. There is a 6 passenger limit per trip.

Deposit
A $200.00 deposit is due at time of booking.

Cancellations
Your deposit will be refunded if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather. If you need to cancel your trip 15 days notice is required to receive a refund of your deposit. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email Captain Bob.
Includes
While bait, rods and reels, and fish filleting are included you are welcome to bring your own equipment and tackle. You are responsible for any lost gear except hooks and sinkers. The Captain keeps a high quality digital camera on board and will take photos of your fish and email them to you at no charge.

What To Bring
Extra clothing, RAIN GEAR, camera and a lunch should be brought along for your own personal comforts. It is recommended that you bring a cooler, ice and plastic bags to keep your fish fillets fresh for the trip home.
Early Termination
If the passengers determine through unanimous vote to stop the trip early there will be no refund given. If the captain decides to terminate the trip refunds will be given on a pro-rated basis after fuel costs have been recouped.

Rules

Alcohol Policy
Beer is allowed in moderation. No hard liquor is allowed. The Captain reserves the right to "cut-off" any passenger he feels has had too much to drink. The Captain also reserves the right to terminate the trip immediatly if anyone becomes intoxicated or uncontrollable, in this event no refund will be given.
Drug Policy
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy in accordance with the U.S. Coast Guard regulations. The trip will be immediatly terminated with no refunds if this policy is violated, and violators will be prosecuted under U.S.C.G guidelines.
